The Problem

What We Built

Devritech delivered an end-to-end AI calling system: businesses subscribe, get a dedicated number, upload business info, FAQs, booking rules, and scripts, then deploy AI voice agents built on advanced LLMs with real-time voice synthesis. The system handles inbound and outbound calls autonomously, captures analytics, transcripts, recordings, and customer data, and manages everything through a secure dashboard. The platform replaces human agents at a fraction of the cost while delivering 24/7 availability and consistent support. We built an AI Voice Agent Engine with natural voice, multi-turn conversations, smart interruption handling, real-time responses, dynamic script generation, and memory of business instructions. The Business Dashboard lets users configure AI personality, feed the knowledge base, view call logs and transcripts, schedule appointments and callbacks, see activity insights, and manage billing. We also added automated number assignment, smart calendar scheduling, security and compliance, real-time analytics, and performance optimization with fast inference and reliable voice streaming.
