The Problem

Time Recycling wanted to modernize recycling by letting businesses schedule waste pickups while giving drivers an efficient way to accept and manage jobs. Before the app, the process relied on phone calls, paperwork, and manual coordination—leading to missed pickups, no real-time tracking, unreliable documentation, inefficient routes, and no performance data. They needed a two-sided mobile app for iOS and Android, plus an admin panel to manage drivers, businesses, requests, and reporting in real time.

What We Built

Devritech built an integrated recycling platform: a React Native mobile app for drivers and businesses, a secure admin dashboard, real-time job dispatching and tracking, automated notifications and approvals, and photo proof-of-pickup with digital logs. The system handles high-volume operations with transparency and reliability. The mobile app includes driver features: signup and approval, accept/reject requests, in-app navigation, on-site photo capture, item selection, and job completion. For businesses: create and schedule requests, track driver status in real time, view history and receipts, and manage waste categories. The admin panel handles driver and property approvals, service area management, live pickup and driver tracking, real-time analytics, payment summaries, and dispute resolution. We also added real-time notifications, GPS-based routing and tracking, security and compliance, performance optimization, and analytics.

Strategic Approach
