The Problem

Veon Travel specializes in first-class and business-class flight bookings, serving high-end clients globally. Their operations heavily relied on manual lead assignment, WhatsApp communication, and scattered customer tracking. This caused inefficient lead management, delays in assigning agents, no centralized visibility of conversations, difficulty measuring agent performance, and lost opportunities due to lack of follow-up tracking. They needed a modern, centralized web application where all business-class and first-class enquiries can be captured, leads can be automatically or manually assigned to agents, agents can communicate with clients via WhatsApp directly from the system, each lead's progress, status, and outcome are recorded, and admins can monitor performance in real-time.

What We Built

Devritech built a travel management system that streamlined Veon Travel’s workflow: a clean front-end for agents, a robust backend and admin panel for lead management, integrated WhatsApp communication, automated lead assignment, lead history and customer data, follow-up tracking, agent performance monitoring, and status tracking (New → In Progress → Quoted → Closed → Lost). The result is a CRM-style application built for premium ticket consultants. We implemented a Lead Management System with auto-capture of online enquiries, manual or automatic lead assignment, lead detail pages with full history, and timestamped status updates. WhatsApp Integration lets agents send messages from the system, log updates after communication, and initiate chats quickly. The Agent Portal gives each agent a custom dashboard, assigned leads list, stage update options, and an internal notes system. The Admin Dashboard lets admins manage agents, assign leads, track performance, view conversion stats, see all outcomes, and export reports.
